- Consignor contract is in effect for 90 days.
- We reserve the right to establish prices based on condition, brand, style, size and demand.
- Items may be reduced after 30 days.
- Clients will be paid 50% of the total sale price of their items.
- Merchandise credit can be used at any time in the store.
- Payouts can be done any time you have a balance of over $20.00. Please call before you
come in for a check. This will allow me time to have it ready for you when you come.
- Any unsold items can be picked up along with your consignment check or we can donate
them, whichever you prefer. Please be prompt in picking up unsold items. Anything left
more than two weeks will have to be donated. We don't have the space to store any
unsold items.
- We are not responsible for loss due to fire, theft or burglary.
- Should a client wish to close his/her account, it is understood that we receive a one week
notice. This will allow sufficient time to find and pull all of the merchandise that has not yet
been sold.
NOTE: TOYS AND BABY EQUIPMENT MUST NOT APPEAR ON THE CONSUMER
